Here at Flora Furniture & Mirrors, our customer service team are the Best!

Our dedicated team are here to help you Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 11am – 2pm.

Our customer service team consists of 6 wonderful, friendly people, Fern – the manager, Trish, Charlotte, Emma and Lindsay. All of whom are very knowledgeable and because there is only 5 people you can speak to the same person again and again if you need to!

We are here to help you with any question or query you may have, call us or click ‘Chat with us’ to speak with a member of our amazing team, no ques, no operator, just real people who are passionate about helping you!

Don’t worry about contacting us out of hours either! Simply send us an email and we will get back you within 24 hours.

We are human! We understand how hard it can be choosing furniture online, all colours and sizes are explained as best as we can but if your still unsure, give us a ring and we can try and help further. We know each and every product as we love them all, whether it be the colour you are unsure of or if the drawer is going to fit something in particular, we are here to help you!
